It was so easy to download. I mainly needed Excel for work and with my new computer did not want to purchase a subscription and to know this is a one-time purchase was very gratifying. It works great with all the functions that come with Excel.

This version of MS Office was a very Good value & good support. I prefer a product that can run without internet connection, and this is perfect.

I got the Microsoft Office Pro 2021 for Windows: Lifetime License from "Definitive Lab" on Jan 24, 2023. I was initially very skeptical because of the heavy discount and the vendor seemed like they were using a throwaway name (the vendor name has changed since then). After purchase, the license key did not immediately work. However, I contacted the support team and they gave me a new license key which then worked and is still working today, 7 months later. Now I am still skeptical but less.

Third party seller sent a product code that was already used by someone else? Shocker. Sent a ticket for another product code. This should not happen.
